Team Coordinator - Application Form

Overview:

The Team Coordinator is a key link between Collective members and the Directors. This role requires strong organization, leadership and communication skills. The Team Coordinator plays a vital role in creating a positive and organized rehearsal environment, ensuring both administrative tasks and creative aspects are well-managed for the team's success.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist Team Director(s) in planning and execution of weekly rehearsals.

  • Act as a bridge between Collective dancers and Directors, conveying information and expectations.

  • Meet with Team Director(s) on a regular basis to review and prepare prior to rehearsals. 

  • Pay attention to details, assist with choreography details, staging, and cleaning.

  • Lead and/or assist warmups, stretches, and across the floors as directed by Team Director(s). 

  • Assist in the planning and participation in team bonding activities in and outside of the studio. 

  • Exemplify leadership by setting a positive example at all times; as Team Coordinator, your conduct reflects the team and company as a whole.
